Terms & Conditions - Vase Hire & Other Hired Items
All hire items are the property of Fabulous Flowers. All items are in good condition on leaving Fabulous Flowers premises and it is the responsibility of the hirer to check the hired items and ensure they’re returned in the same condition (clean with no cracks, chips or breakages). Should any hired items not be be returned or returned with a crack, chip or broken the hirer is responsible for reimbursing Fabulous Flowers for the replacement(s) at the cost specified by Fabulous Flowers Propriator
Fabulous Flowers accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damages or breakages once the hired items have left Fabulous Flowers premises and hirers should ensure they have sufficient insurance to cover any incidents and Health and Safety regulations.
Terms & Conditions of Hire:-
To confirm the booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 of the hire price is required, and any remaining balance to be paid 28 days prior to the function.
Any amendments to the original booking must be agreed in writing with Fabulous Flowers and the client.
Risk value is non negotiable. (A refundable deposit to be made prior to hire of goods subject to quantity/cost of hired goods).
In the event of loss/damage, risk value becomes immediately payable Hire charge is payable even if terms returned as not used.
Items not returned by agreed date are subject to pro rata extended hire charges
Title at no time passes to hirer even if extended hire charges/cleaning charges exceed hire value
No warranty is offered as to suitability for original use and no responsibility accepted for consequential loss to person or property.
Hire items are not new and will have signs of reasonable wear and tear.
Items to be returned in same condition and cleaned where necessary.
Cleaning charges will be levied if items are retuned dirty
Hirer accepts all responsibilities and liabilities once items have left our premises
No claims accepted if hirer not present on return. Any diversion from the above must be made in writing prior to commencement.
All shortages, damage and losses will be chargeable and deducted from the hire refundable deposit
As seen viewed and inspected.
If client not present for delivery/collection no claims will be entertained for incorrect order or breakages.
